To Android users,

You may have experienced data loss when Delete/Refreshing Google Play Gamer ID.

Follow the steps below to avoid such issue from happening:

1. Mobile Device > Play Games > Settings > Disable <Use this Account to sign in>

2. To change Gamer ID, don't delete the account, but edit your profile settings.

• How to change Gamer ID

- Play Game > Select "Gamer ID" > Select "Pencil" icon on top right > Edit Profile

-. In-game > Select Game Service (Achievement, Leaderboard, etc) > Edit Profile
