[TIP] How to Update after Maintenance for Android Users(Update)

Game of Dice would like to share a solution to those who are having the same issue as below after the game update.



■ ‘This device is not compatible...’ window pops up after maintenance.

■ Only ‘Open’ button shows up when update is needed after maintenance.



Issues above shows when installed versions are different for Google Play Store and device,

Or due to different timings for Play Store updates per devices.

Try the followings below for easygoing game play and update.

1. Go to Application Manager > Game of Dice

2. Click <Move to Device Storage> and wait for it to turn to <Move to SD CARD>
(If it already says <Move to SD CARD>, skip this turn)

3. Move to <Storage> > Click <SD card unmounted>

If the issue does not solve after the process above,

Please contact the Customer Support with your device, OS ver., and details of the issue.
