Powerbuild seems like a bad card to me, takes higher luck on the RNG than other skills cards and even then it might fail you.
World tour seems good as a starting card to try and gain possession of another player's higher toll building at the beginning.

Quick edit: I would like to ask if PowerBuild takes effect when you land on the block or AFTER toll calculation, because if it takes effect when you land on the opponent's block the multiplier is applied before calculations, you're screwed. Reason I'm asking is because cards like Discount coupon and Steal property effect applies when you land on the block not after. But if Powerbuild's multiplier is when you land and not after, you pretty much lose the match.

You make an interesting point. If Power Build applies after toll, that would make it an extremely powerful card.

Edit: Power Build DOES apply after toll calculation. https://youtu.be/Ow2siTNSJ5Q

    World Tour

Interesting card to start with, bascially if your opponent started with a great city, you can just jump over there and take it by luck (assuming you are second, it becomes 50/50) . It also serves like a big jump if used correctly and luckily. Unfortunately, after 6 properties it becomes useless (So, round 23 if your opponents didnt end up getting more than 2 cities each person). Also, TBH, taking a level 1 city and turning it to level 2 (passing start) involves a high risk, because level 2 cities are worthless only level 3 and 4 have high toll fee. So, regardless how you use it, you are exposed to double risk and low reward.

Power build looks like a horrific card to me, takes higher good fortune on the RNG than other competencies cards, or even then it'd fail you. World excursion seems right as a beginning card to try and benefit possession of every other participant's higher toll constructing at the beginning. This is a developer's note. It may be used by programmers and other techies to describe the details of an article, video or product that they have worked on. Need to follow this https://taurangaconcrete.co.nz/ and get more new steps for pool design. In this developer's note, we will focus on an important concept in Python, known as decorators. We'll also explain how they work, and why they're so useful.
