You get it by competing in the Grand Slam weekly challenge. 15 Grand Slam games are the requirement.

You can't draw it. It's from participating and winning in Grand Slams.

I guess it's going to be hard to have this dice if you're a F2P player. The other players have it nailed well with trillions of JOY. However this dice is really good overall.

I've never seen it active. Is blizzard the only one with monopoly boost? I've seen better dice, but I think it's a good dice.
