Once this is used on a player, can that player use another card, such as Triple, to negate its effect?

Since it is active for 2 turns, using Triple will only negate 1 turn. Or I might be wrong since I have seen other cards that totally negate effect of other cards. Times like this I wish I have all the cards to experiment. LOL.

I think every buff/de-buff card once use on a character with buff/de-buff negates it's whole effect.
